Diagnostic Laboratory Services

During calendar year 2026, most DCM service rates will increase on a quarterly basis. As shown in the following tables, new rates take effect on January 1, 2026; April 1, 2026; July 1, 2026; October 1, 2026; and January 1, 2027. A subsidy is available to help MIT PIs manage the increase in costs for 2026. After the January 1, 2027, rate increase, we anticipate rates will be updated annually.
